Aveline is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Any return request made after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.
