Returns and Refunds
At Aveline, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.
1. Return Period
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Any return request made after 14 days from delivery may not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition:

Unworn, unused and unwashed.

With all original tags attached.

In their original packaging.

Without stains, odours, damage or signs of wear.
Aveline reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered after delivery.
Items marked as final sale may also not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the necessary return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
5. Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Aveline is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed or damaged during transit.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned package, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued and processed within 2 to 3 business days after receiving the returned package.
Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange or refund.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges may be accepted depending on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may be offered a refund or store credit, where applicable.
